"Low Carb" You can eat:
- Fish, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, shellfish.
- Dairy products, fat cheese, sour cream, cream, butter.
- Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish or shellfish.
- Sausage, meatballs and other meat products.
- Eggs.
- Spices, soup.
- Vegetables, oil-vinegar dressing.
- Oliver, cold-pressed olive oil or canola oil, flaxseed oil, flaxseed.
You can also eat small amounts of
- Beans, lentils, fruit. - No sweet fruits, no vegetables.
- Nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds.
- Chocolate with high cocoa percentage, 65-70%.
- Drink only a little alcohol, it affects blood sugar. Beer contains many carbohydrates.
So you think i can make it? Well all of those things that says up there^^ I can't agree to eat all of that stuff. Because i don't like some of those things.
