Snacky snacky

A bit snack, was hungery and watching True Talent. A new yogurt from Olo a really tastefull one, you have to try it!
It digestion your stomach and it's creamy and good.

Now when i go to the gym 5 days a week, shows result but can't see it though, but everyone else sees it... Okay, I have to be honest thougjh, one of my chino pants are a bit looser now and i feel awesome about it! :D



I will keep up the good work i'm doing and continue with it. Soon I will see more result but it will take time though. But that i have to take i guess, to avoid powder drinks, i hate those!

Sweat

Me after coming home from the gym. Sweats like a pig! It's all nice though, then i know i've done a great job.



Now i'm going to do my lunch. Gotta eat something after the training, it's a must do! And drink alot of water aswell.

 

 


Zumba class

First class of Zumba this morning. It was kinda fun a bit of Reggaeton and alot of african dance moves.
They told about the man who invented Zumba. The man forgot he's cd's at home so he took the cd's he had in he's car that was african songs and people started to like it and then in the end they just made up some moves!



I think i will try it again. =)

Diet & 70%

A new lunch schedule, only vegetables, egg and bulgur. I so have to lose weight! ...
And i can also eat only fruits and drink alot of water.
I work out like almost every day, i can rest just one day and the rest of the week i train.
In the next 3 weeks i will see how much i've been losing or if i have done that at all. I hope so, fingers crossed!



I just have to add that i also bought some sale things i found in Panduro, i have some idea's how to use it well! 70 % is a nice price!


Hip Hop Abs

I've found these 2 dvd's that i've had for ages ago and it's these dvd's that calls: Hip Hop Abs! The first dvd "Hip Hop Abs, Hips, Buns and thighs" is like 20 mintues and the other one "Hip Hop Abs disc 1" is like 24 mintues. It's a really nice workout and you sweat like a pig!! For real.

Gym and guilt

Have been at the gym and did my training, feels really good, although i feel a bit guilt ... i have been eaten my cupcakes and muffins afterwards.
It ddoesn't feel that good about that though.

So tomorrow i will train the fat away. I'll be training more than the other days. This is ain't good!

The schedule is on the run!

Have been out and walking down to the gym, it takes 20 mintues for me to walk down there. And it takes like 2 hours for me to be done with the training. I've been so busy training in 2 days in a row. I'm so proud of myself!

I can hardly wait until i have lost some weight, i am going to train every day now even if it's going to hurt. I have and must to get rid of the massive fat that i've been carrying around these few year and months.
Tomorrow will be the same day, after school i will go to the gym and train the hardest like i do every day these day.


Gym time

I'm going to the gym soon and going to work hard this time too, haven't been ably to go there in 2-3 days now... :( So that sucks big time because of the schedule i try to follow up now.

I have to go and leave some rent movies too, the time of them is going out today at 6 pm. So gotta hurry up with that.

Dance class

Going to train dance now. I can't even bend my legs because of the hard training i had yesterday. It was really good and i sweated like shit! It was a good training day.

Hope i get through the class today hahaha.


Training day

Today i'm going to the gym for the first in a long time. I will train in about 2 hours i think. I will train very hard today. I have to get rid of these extra kilos that i've been put up these past few years. Which i'm not proud of to have. Because i look like a bear now. Which is also cute but i wanna have that look i had 2 years ago. A beautiful look back than.

I will go to a core class at 6 pm today aslo. It's only a half an hour class.
It'll be fun when i get to start training again. I wanna fit in to my old clothes. And i will get there!

Nice weather

I've decided to change my schedule for the day, insted of sitting inside the house and sew. I can go out and enjoy the spring weather. It's not even windy.

And while i'm out i can go to school and leave my "Test 5" to the teacher.

Yupe i'll be back after i'm done enjoyning the weather. Maybe i can take some picture's too.

Low Carb

Have been wondering about the new hit diet. The one that you can eat as much fat as you want and need.
I mean to be honest with ya all. I haven't really exactly followed my own diet for kinda once this year. Oh yea in the begining i did tho ...

"Low Carb" You can eat:
  • Fish, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, shellfish.
  • Dairy products, fat cheese, sour cream, cream, butter.
  • Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish or shellfish.
  • Sausage, meatballs and other meat products.
  • Eggs.
  • Spices, soup.
  • Vegetables, oil-vinegar dressing.
  • Oliver, cold-pressed olive oil or canola oil, flaxseed oil, flaxseed.

You can also eat small amounts of
  • Beans, lentils, fruit. - No sweet fruits, no vegetables.
  • Nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds.
  • Chocolate with high cocoa percentage, 65-70%.
  • Drink only a little alcohol, it affects blood sugar. Beer contains many carbohydrates.

 

So you think i can make it? Well all of those things that says up there^^ I can't agree to eat all of that stuff. Because i don't like some of those things.

2and math class

Have been on my 2and math class today. On thursdays they are only 1 hour, on mondays they are 2 hours.
The teacher have orgonized it with 9 subsamples and we have also the tests in the book. I did my first done today. And i had like 8/10 stars. =D Very good of me!

And i got praise too for doing it so good and i also count very fast in my head - faster than when i type it on the calculator! =D =D =D That is nice to hear! :D

Yoga class rocked!

Hey there! I just came home from my first yoga class. It was really nice, hard to do the moves and you got really warm also. The yoga class rocked!

Today i will go to the yoga class for the first time, today i've decided that i have to go no matter what! I must go.
Anyhow.
I've got a new idea! ...  That i will start ... you'll see later.
