Diet & 70%

A new lunch schedule, only vegetables, egg and bulgur. I so have to lose weight! ...
And i can also eat only fruits and drink alot of water.
I work out like almost every day, i can rest just one day and the rest of the week i train.
In the next 3 weeks i will see how much i've been losing or if i have done that at all. I hope so, fingers crossed!



I just have to add that i also bought some sale things i found in Panduro, i have some idea's how to use it well! 70 % is a nice price!
